Good Earth Restaurant has been serving its customers guilt-free comfort food since 2008. Its owner, Ms. Rowena Sotero, has perfected preparing Malunggay Pesto, Basil Pesto and Tomato and Tuyo sauces to offer pasta dishes with a healthy twist and from original recipes.
She started off with purchased ingredients, but later on began producing organic herbs and spices right from her own garden. In 2009, she began coordinating with the Association of Tarlac Organic Producers and the Provincial Department of Agriculture to make sure that what she has in her 3,600 square-meter organic garden and in her poultry are of premium quality. As a result of this, Good Earth’s bestseller is the Tanglad Chicken, while its pride is the unique Tomato and Tuyo Pasta.
Good Earth also offers organic Tanglad Juice, mixed with honey and calamansi, and Malunggay Smoothie. For those wanting to take organic ingredients home, Good Earth offers bottled and jarred extracts and sauces, and organic vinegars of different variants: lemon grass vinegar, tomato vinegar, oregano vinegar, papaya vinegar and tanglad vinegar – all fermented using only brown sugar.
